Understanding and adapting how we work when advising older clients is an essential skill of the later life adviser.
Zoe Elkins of the Good Care Group will be taking us through the issues and communication techniques that are widely used when advising those clients with Dementia and Parkinson's disease and how this can help their families too. Whilst this is still a taboo area to discuss, those that can do this well can make a world of difference to a client’s advice outcomes. Advisers are often inspired to go onto become Dementia Friends or to lecture as a Dementia champion
This webinar is for advisers new to this market and those who have not undertaken any training before, or need a refresher. .
